After ages of trying to figure out how to use my free 6 months game pass, I finally managed and enjoyed nearly 2 months of my free period. Only to go on to my xbox today to find no game pass. I'm at a dead end of how yo fix this as bt states its still running but xbox says it has failed this month. Any help would be greatly appreciated?!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you aren't able to use your Game Pass Ultimate. I take it that your Broadband service is still with BT and you have placed any orders to cease or transfer your service to another provider? Do you have an outstanding balance against your BT Account?
