So I've just logged into my Xbox and the sub has now been cancelled (2 months after I thought it had) - but now I can't activate the 6 month Xbox sub through MY BT as the option is not there. How do I activate this?

I cancelled the renewal for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to my account back in February when the 12 months was up - receiving email confirmation from BT of this. The Xbox Game Pass section then disappeared from the My Products section of the BT website and I waited for the sub to end - except it didn't. It's still active now (though I don't appear to have been charged for it) and I have no way to cancel/renew through My BT. I have since renewed my BT contract which should include another 6 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but I still have no way to interact with this subscription. Can any mods assist?

Hi @Jasco sorry you can't claim the Game Pass online at present.
