I have just upgraded from Full Fibre 100 to 900 and a 12 month xbox gamepass subscription came with it. It hasn't appeared under 'your offers' but on 'your products' and under content providers it says add xbox gamepass ultimate. I have tried that and when I put in the code, it says its only a 1 month subscription. Can anyone help me?

I do know how to redeem it, it's just when I am on the website it tells me that the subscription is only for one month. Will this renew for 12 months? I don't want to miss out on 11 months!
