My app says opps something went wrong.

I have uninstall several times.

Continue to get message, frustrating as I an thinking of ordering BT mesh, but it will be useless if I cannot access it.

Any help will be grateful.

Re: App won't connect

I would give this a try:

1. Update the application

2. Try logging in from your phones browser & see if it’s the same issue.

3. Turn off any VPNS you may have on.

Also, what phone are you currently using and is that using the most up to date software as well?

Re: App won't connect

Sometimes app data survives an uninstall.

Go into settings and look for apps or apps and notifications (it varies), find the BT app, clear cache & data and launch it again. Have your password handy because it's like doing a virgin install

App won't connect

Thanks

Have cleared cache, cleared data.

Uninstalled, reinstalled

Opps sorry something went wrong!

Really need this before I order mesh, or is that why so many are on ebay!

Re: App won't connect

Hi, @MadMyke welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry you're getting that error message on the MyBT app, it looks like it could be a problem on the MyBT side rather than your app.

I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details and we'll get that looked into.

Thanks

Neil
