This may only be cold comfort. I found the same issue as you so created a shared link for each repository then spent many days drilling down the folder structure until I was able to download the contents of individual folders as could not get the BT Cloud App working. I finished getting everything downloaded as an updated app was published (great with 3 weeks to go!), which finally installed on Win11 OK and appears to work using the download link at the bottom left. Too late for me and really quite dismal service by BT (not helped by living in the sticks with a very poor internet download speed of ~ 3Mb/s, which I ditched to use mobile phone and then the local wireless service as would never have got everything downloaded.) I do hope the new app works for you. Salutary lesson for me about picking and staying with the wrong service provider!
