I am having issues with the BT App - My BT. I can not log in. I have uninstalled the it and re-installed. I got in - great. Then went to use it again and no can't get in. It asks for the pin which I set up but then it asks for an activate BT ID - I have done this ages ago and have been using the App till I renewed my contract and now since then it won't let me in . What can I do ? it says if you can't find your email with BT ID go to the website and log in and follow instructions but there are no instructions - I guess because I have already activate my BT ID!!!!

Can do I get a new BT ID to start again? I have phoned BT but it was a waste of time as they just said reload the App and it will work.

i wouldn't bother but I want access to my hub and extender etc. which you seem to only get through the APP. HELP - I am loosing the will to live on this!! lol

Re: BT App

Can you log onto your MyBT with the same username and password using a web browser?

If you can do you have one account number and is it same account number as you had previously or are there two account numbers showing at the right hand side.

Hi. Yes I can log in via browser OK. Just one account. I again uninstall the app last night then reinstalled it and was able to log into it but then this morning ...I can't and it asks for activation BT ID again.

Re: BT App

After uinstalling it did you restart your device? If not try doing that. The restart can help clear out the apps cache.

If it still won't work you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 to see if they can help.

Re: BT App

I know it's stupid, but BT can have different usernames, IDs, and profiles for different things.  Such as your login for these communities are not the same as for your account.  It's enough that password managers can get a bit confused, so just double check that the UserIDs and passwords fit the account!
