Re: BT CLOUD

Hi thanks for reply.. however

I have called the number..no help.. and used the links.. sadly the same

Let me explain I am now a EE customer having been with BT for a long time.. I never received any messages re closure..

I logged into my BT Cloud in early  December 2024.(aka after closure.) I was able to see all my photos on the 2 occasions I logged in.. however on the third attempt so I could download, it did not recognise my details  .

So they have not been deleted as you suggest.. I need to find a way of getting my photos back !

regards

Steve

Re: BT CLOUD

There are no forum members who will be able to assist you. I will ask the forum moderators, who are the only BT employees on the forum, if there is anything that can be done to assist you but if I were you I would not get my hopes up that you will be able to access and download your files from BTCloud.

If the moderators can help they will advise you on this thread.
