I am an established BT Cloud user with many files stored.
I have recently changed my Windows laptop, and whilst I can access my existig stored files the link to download a new Desktop Client to enable me to continue using the service just returns an error code 503 - Service unavailable - No server.
Help Please.

Looks like yet another incidence of the BT web site being broken. if you log onto the web version & then click your account name, the should be options there to download the various clients.
