Hello,
I am unable to access my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on the Microsoft website since cancelling my subscription to XBox Game Pass through BT. It now states "Manage subscription Purchased from BT/EE" on the Microsoft website and links to a blank website when clicking on the Manage link. Any ideas how to fix this? I see several other posts on this forum regarding this issue.
