I have downloaded & installed the BT Cloud desktop app. When I open the app it is showing zero files. However when i launch the web client I can see all my files. I need to download everything.

I found it confusing too.
However, I think the answer is to click the 'Download' arrow in the bottom left of the app. Then all the available folders should be shown.
Hi, When I click Download i get a dialog box asking me to select the Cloud Folder to download, but there are no folders listed.
I'm glad you have made some progress, I didn't have any other ideas. Hope it goes well.
