I have Fibre with Halo 1.
Have used BT Cloud but came up with "unexpected error" repeated attempts to restart failed so was not syncing. Files were present viewing through desktop app. No other information given. Cleared all caches, restarted computer. No change in status
Removed BT cloud and associated files cleaned with CC cleaner, Logged into my BT and followed instructions to download. (I was unable to register for BT Cloud as no icon was visible. I assume I was already registered as I have been using it for a couple of years). Download page unavailable.
Tried following access rules via Chrome (default browser) and Edge. No sign of any firewall blocking (As far as I can see anyway!)
Any other more clever idea would be welcome.
