BT Cloud - Trying to connect to server...

Hi

I have been using BT Cloud on a Windows 10 PC without issues for years. Newly added or edited files sync within a few seconds.

The past few days Ive noticed the BT Cloud icon no longer appears in the system tray. Nothing happens if I try to open the BT cloud app. 

Examining which icons are displayed in the taskbar settings I can see BT Cloud - Trying to connect to server.

Is anyone else having the same issue or aware of a fix?

Hi Paddy,

Thanks very much for getting in touch directly.

I'm pleased to report that after uninstalling BT Cloud, downloading the latest version and resinstallng, its now working again.
