I've been using the BT Cloud app on my android phone (Motorola Edge 20 lite running Android 12) for several years.
But now, the ap doesn't load - no error message, just an ever spinning circle.
Looking at uploaded content via my PC and the web interface, nothing has been backed up since 27 December 2023.
I have turned off the 'remove permissions' setting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ap.
Still no success. What next?
