Does anyone know how to get videos to download from BT Cloud, I am trying every evening, but each time the download fails. I seem to be able to download pictures in small groups of 60, but not videos. It is not helped by the fact the folder structure has been removed, so you have to search with a useless date scroll bar. Plus the only option is to select all or just one. I am concerned about running out of time by the end of October, and losing lots of family memories
