Hi, I am trying to access my BT Cloud space for the first time, using the instruction I manage to get to the page on the website where I click the "Activate" button. When I click it, the loading sequence appears but just goes back to the main dashboard screeen. When I check if it has been activated, it still shows "Activate" on the button and I cannot access the Cloud.
Any ideas, going by other posts is this something that needs fixed from BTs side?

Sorry that you can't access the Cloud service. If you're still experiencing this problem I've sent you a Private Message so you can get on touch with the Mod team and we'll raise this to the Cloud team for you.
