BT Cloud not updating

I’ve access to BT Cloud with 1000GB of storage as a BT Halo full fibre customer. I’ve downloaded the app on my Motorola 6 Play mobile, my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S6 (both androids) and my iPad. Every time I take photos on my phone or on my iPad these automatically upload to BT Cloud. However, this is not happening from my wife’s Samsung phone.

When I first set up BT Cloud on my wife’s Samsung it uploaded her photos and videos from her phone when I instructed it manually but has refused to do it since. When I try to update manually a message comes up saying the it’s trying to update photos and videos and that the last time it successfully updated was 6/1/2028 (??).  I need to have my wife’s photos on BT Cloud as she needs to free up space urgently. Can anyone help please? I’ve tried the various remedies suggested on the Forum.
