Hi, my BT Cloud stopped working following an automaticv update to v22.12.33, I uninstalled and re-installed the 22.12.33 version but despite double clicking the icon, nothing happens and am stuck in a loop. The is an urgent need for the cloud back to be restored should the primary laptop based storage fail. Thank you for your help, Pierre
