BT Cloud - recover deleted items after bin emptied

BT Cloud - ah please help - I've emptied my deleted items bin in error but need to recover some files. Is this possible? They are all my pictures from many past years!!

@andy5wales Oh no, the files can only be recovered if they are still in the trash folder. If you deleted the trash folder, I'm afraid they can't be recovered.
