BT Cloud

I am unable to purge a large number of deleted items from BT Cloud.When trying to empty trash and deleting ALL..I obtain the message .....Something went wrong..Trash is not available at this time,please try again later.Same message for last 2 days

However you can purge individual items though not all.No use when trying to remove hundreds of items.I have tried this through a browser,android and ios.All with the same result.

I know BT says it will delete all files from 31 October,however I wish to have piece of mind that they are removed,particularly as BT Cloud has been beset with problems since the closure announcement.
