Unknown to me at the time, my BT Cloud storage was recently reduce by BT after I changed my BT broadband package. It went from 1Tb of storage to 200Gb. I have been able to move files into the deleted items folder to try to reduce the size but cannot delete anything from there, nor can I restore anything and when I try to download files or folders to my PC I get a 1Kb zipped folder with nothing in it. Please advise how I can download and or delete files. This has been like this for weeks now on both mobile app and windows PC.
