I have set aside today to prepare for BT Cloud closing. I downloaded the App but it won't open. I logged onto the website and downloaded the docs folder, which was shown as >500 GB and nothing downloaded. I'm getting worried that this will be problematic for the next three days and I will lose my back-up. What's going on?

Yes. This is why I took time out today to download all my files (500 Gb worth) to an external drive that I purchased specifically for this purpose a few weeks ago. But I cannot get the App to load and when I go directly onto the Cloud is keeps telling me it is experiencing technical difficulties.

Can you please let us know a bit more about what's happening when you try to open the app?
Also what operating system is it you're using, and can you see which version of the BT Cloud app you're using?

This is the error when i try to use the BT cloud (having accessed it through the in private window as recommended by BT.
I have downloaded the App 3 times (BT Cloud Production 24.4.12) and it won't even open.
I am using a brand new Lenovo PC (with Arm processor) and Windows 11.
