As of today (15/04/2026) unable to login to Norton Protect. It takes me to the BT Login part and I enter email and password, the 2FA text arrives and I put code in, the I get the page "Error Processing Your Request" and a long Error ID Hash..
I have luckily managed to open my vault on PC with the master vault password but can't login on phone to use the remote unlocking.
Anyone else having issues with this today?
Strange that when I opened it, it had forced logged me out and went the process of 2FA enablement for BT ID so think the issue is with BT rather than Norton.
