Hi All,
It seems we are having issues with regards to bt parental controls and youtube access and we are not the only one, severla forums online are stating the same.
currently only way of fixing it seems to be disable parental controls, or change the dns servers to bypass the parental controls.
it would seem the DNS servers used for parental control are blocking youtube, even though i currently have streaming servcies set to enabled.
anybody else having this issue, or does anybody tech savvy within BT know where to look?
thanks,
mark.

Re: BT Parental controls and youtube
Hi, @mstewart197930 thanks for posting, have you added Youtube to the allowed sites list in the parental controls settings?
- Open “Manage allowed and blocked sites”. Add each of the following links in the text box under “My Allowed websites” and click the green button
Thanks
Neil

Hi Neil,
Thanks for that, it was more that it suddenly got blocked.
After discussing with somebody in BT, i disabled and re-enabled parental controls and now it is back working.
very odd
many thanks,
Mark.
