Re: Norton Password Manager - Server Error

Looks like we have this issue again, same symptoms as last time.

yes, there is also a new post about this issue. It's been several hours without success.

Re: Norton Password Manager - Server Error

glad its not just me then! seriously this recurring issue makes the product completely unreliable and therefore useless to me. How can a product provided to so many people, who presumably rely on its constant availability, have such poor resilience? Looks like I'm gonna have to go back to lastpass and pay for the privelege.

Re: Norton Password Manager - Server Error

Thank you. It is indeed.

I agree with the post above about reliability. I was happy with McAfee, it seemed to work quietly and reliably in the background.

I used to have Norton years ago but I took it off eventually as it seemed to gradually take over my machine, using up resources, and giving me more things to do!

Re: BT Virus Protect switch to Norton

I kept getting this same error all day yesterday but when I tried today on two different machines it went through fine and I was able to update to Norton on both without a problem. So maybe just keep waiting and trying again!
