This can happen if there is a marker on your account where we think your bill is in follow up. Basically, it thinks we are waiting for a bill to be paid. I can get this fixed for you. Please, drop a reply to my private message when you get a chance.

As @DanielS mentioned there was a flag on the account (incorrectly) which I've removed for you. That should sort the problem. Let me know how you get on.
