BT Have been trying to switch my BT Web protection for weeks without success . It keeps saying will be switched on in 2 hours but never happens. They say it’s stuck in pending . They have sent it higher up for them to look at.
With all there update equipment it’s hard to see how they can’t switch it on. Had it switch on for years until I moved .
