The forum often gets asked that question when a parent changes the password to stop their child from using BTWifi when the should be sound asleep in bed!
However it is the same as your BTID when you log onto your MyBT so you change it using the forgotten password link on the MyBT logon page. You will be required to answer security question that you set in order to change it.
