My BT app will only connect to our network if the router is factory reset. If I change any IP addresses, network names etc the app will not connect.
I am able to connect to the router via a browser and all devices can connect to Wi-Fi so problem seems to be with app.
I have uninstalled app, reset app, cleared app cache, rebooted router, turned off all devices but no joy.
Previous posts are confirmed as being solved.

I know it's no help but here's another post from March. As is rather typical of some people, they never post back to let us know whether the problem had been solved and, if so, how.
