I am trying to opt in to BT Wi-Fi but consistently receive the message “Sorry, something’s gone wrong’ when I tick when I agree with the BT terms and conditions.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
It no longer exists, its now EE WiFi.
Many thanks for your prompt response. However I am baffled.
When I go to the My.BT.Com website and my account and when I select ‘Your products’ it clearly states under ‘Included in your product ‘ BT WiFi. When I select ‘Learn more’ I am presented with a screen stating BT WiFi and Free unlimited BT WiFi.
What am I doing incorrectly and how do I access all the hotspots in the UK and overseas?
Thank you.
Thank you.
I have looked at this link but I see no mention on how I may opt in to EE WiFi.
Can you please advise?
Thank you.
I use an iPhone, but Android phones will be similar:
Thank you for responding.
However before I can sign into EE public WiFi I need to opt into the service.
I cannot see how to do that.
You should be Opted In by default. Are you using a BT hub or if someone else's BT/EE hub close by? If so check as in my post #6 and see if you can login.
I am using my own BT hub and opted out as I was having problems adding a smart item to my network thinking that may have been the problem.
However now I am not seeing the public WiFi SSID’s when I scan the available networks and I can’t find anything about opting into to EE’s public WiFi.
