Hi , looking for some support please.
Tried to login to BT Wifi app, and get an error message stating there's a problem with my BTID.
I can happily use this ID to access MyBT, where I can see an option to agree with BT Wifi T&Cs. I then get a different error. My Broadband has been active around 2 weeks.

Followed the steps, reinstalled the WI-FI app still get a message saying BT ID PROBLEM - "There's something stopping the app using your BT IF"
When I tried to accept the T&Cs again I get the original error message

I do that, takes me to play store, so I click open, then when I enter login credentials I get the BT ID error
