Just in case it is not, your BTID must be an email address.

Re: BT WiFi app

Just to confirm, if you don't use the app can you log onto BTWifi using a web browser?

Have you tried uninstalling the BTWifi app, restarting your phone then reinstalling the BTWifi app?

If the answer is yes to both the above I would suggest that you call the BTWifi Help Line on 0800.022.3322 to see if they can help.

Re: BT WiFi app

I can log into the BT app for bills ect, log in online no issues, it's just the BT WiFi app that won't accept my details. Have reinstalled that WiFi app too.

See link

If you are at home when trying this you will need to disconnect from your home wireless connection then select the BTWifi connection.
