My BT app not connecting to home network

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to Halo3+.

Very happy with it, but I cannot connect My BT app to home network to set up the disc lights etc.

Have synced disc to hub ok using manual method.

 

Have re-installed app from google play store, factory re-set both hub and disc , still no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

Watched it. No help at all.

I cannot get the MY BT app to connect. More than happy with sig strength etc of wi-fi. BT app WILL NOT connect.

are you able to simply just get your phone to connect to your home wifi network ( not with MYBT)

so what happens when you try and setup your MYBT app by entering your BTID and password - being already connected to your home wifi network

if you open the MYBT app the first thing it wants is you to log into your BT account using your BTID and password which has nothing to do with the the hub

It comes straight up with "no connection".

While since you posted but I can’t see any solution posted. Had same problem and solved it by going into my BT app settings and switching on ‘access to local network’.
