BT app

is any one having an issue the the BT APP its not logging , i did try tec help but they said there are no issues.. i tried phone and tablet but no joy

Hi @johnson62,

We have no service outages for our app so it should be working fine for both Android and Apple.

Are you able to open the app on your devices? Does it let you put your username and password in before it gives you the error message?
