BT in-app Speed Test crashes router at 68% everytime

Same here my bt speed app test not worked for ages and I ended up with a new router , still did not work . Think it’s an app problem ,
And yes I tried everything , speed test on other sites works fine , so just annoying really for me

Yep 68% and crash, guarantee 150 but less than 45, seems whenever there is a chance to force them to look at my full fibre it dies?

seems to be a trend, will try the full reset after work but as mentioned here “it’s likely to be ok this evening “

Update

well it turned out before I Factory Reset it I had a nose around and found that ALL wifi device on 2.4ghz and nothing on 5ghz!

Ethernet was usable but frankly I wasnt impressed and no number of restarts fixed it so I Reset the router with a full 60 seconds before it changed colour from blue to green

after the slow count to 60 I released the pencil in the Factory Reset hole and it came back and all seem to be as it should be again.

can I suggest that any ethernet connection other than the WAN link for full fibre be disconnected during the reset
