Hi 

I recently joined BT and my parental controls have never worked, it’s activated however I can not access the settings to change them, everytime I go on to security it shows the page where I can click activate and then says will be activated in two hours but the page with all the options on of blocking and allowing sites or changing settings isn’t there, has anyone had this issue
