Bt Wi-Fi Cannot Connect

Am on FTTP with BT and thought I got the free wi-fi as well but cannot access this on my mobile phone.

I have changed password several times as requested but to no avail 😞 gutted.

Re: Bt Wi-Fi Cannot Connect

Open the hub management page (or click here if you don't know how) and check that the word Activated appears on the bottom row/second column, if it doesn't then you have opted out of BT Wi-Fi and you won't be able to use it.

Assuming that it does say activated then you need to download the BT Wi-Fi app from the appropriate apps store.

Re: Bt Wi-Fi Cannot Connect

@Les-Gibson  You don't actually need the app, it just automates the login process.

@chudofbroady  At the login screen make sure you are selecting BT Broadband in the account dropdown, it defaults to BTwifi.
