so everytime I login to my bt I keep getting this page that gives me options to login upgrade my tv or broadband but if I click any of the options it just brings me right back to the same page I am using the right ID and password as I can login fine on another device (not my primary device) I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled witch bt help desk got me to do but still not fixed I also can’t login on any browser on my iPhone I tried safari, chrome and Firefox(Mozilla) can anyone please help me fix this as it’s doing my head in

I solved this 🙂
checked I could login to my BT on website - it all looked normal
Hard uninstall app from phone (i.e. Delete all data)
Reinstall
re-login
sent me to the setup your pin flow and then into the app proper - rather than the iOS auth loop we were both getting
I had that issue as well but easy solve for that anyway just plug it into your router and you don’t need the app to set up the WiFi disc the router does it for you then unplug and move
