Hi,
I have recently joined BT but am having trouble with the BT app.
Initally i was able to see my order and when my smart hub would arrive but now anytime i try and log in i keep getting an error message.
Uninstalled and downloaded the app numerous times but to no avail.
Anyone any ideas how on to fix this?

to check username and password ok try going to help at top of page and then try log in to MYBT and see if that works

I can log into my bt on a web browser but just keep getting the same erro message on the app which is frustrating.
What error do you get displayed at what point in attempting to open the myBT app ?
After i enter my email and password it loads briefly says success and then says "sorry something went wrong. Please close the app and try again later"
