I can't find a way to activate game pass and have not received an email to do so. It is impossible to contact BT
Can someone tell me how to contact BT when I don't have access to a phone??? Or even better how to cancel my contract due to bad service.
when was your activation date? you need to wait at least 14 days until the cooling off period expires before you can get pass - probably nearer 21 days you can try billing who may be able to help after cooling off passed

It's over a month. They just have **bleep** customer service, impossible to get in touch with and actually speak to someone.
