By cloud

Been able to backup all of my photos and videos to BT cloud for a few years and now it’s not letting me. Keeps giving me a message saying ‘Unable to backup. Sorry you can’t upload data to BT cloud’. Then goes on to say it’s either because my quota is full (not even close) or because I no longer have BT broadband (I re contracted in December).  What’s going on?

Hi @Daveangel ,

Thanks for sending over the details. I dropped you a reply. Can you confirm if you're having this problems on all devices? Do you see the same error message on all devices? Have you tried uploading to the Cloud when connected via cable (if you're using wireless)? Do you have the same issue then?
