Can't access icloud photos

I can't access my photos to download. I've made multiple attempts with no luck. Can anyone help, please?

On a previous post, I thought I could access my photos.  all I get now is, 'error'.  Any help please?

I'm disappointed to hear this isn't quite sorted yet, have you noticed any changes since your last post? 

Also just to be sure, is it the Windows desktop version of BT Cloud that you're using at the moment? 

If it is, have you had a chance to make sure this is all up to date?
