Hi, I started a new subscription back in Oct/Nov of 2022 which included a 12 month gamepass subscription, it even shows this on the page when I try to activate this, however I get this error message every time:
I couldn't activate this before but as I didn't have an Xbox I couldn't be bothered to go around in circles for weeks based on previous experiences of BT support, but it's been broken for almost a year now and now I actually want to use it since I got an Xbox and still can't
I've tried contacting BT multiple times, both by livechat and phone, some staff members seem to say they are filling in a form to fix it, but then I wait a week and hear nothing and other staff members don't seem to know what I'm talking about and will pass me from department to department, I get back in touch and I hear the same thing again and to wait again, which seems like BT are just hoping I give up so they can save some money
I've read online this is an incredibly common issue also but I'm just getting nowhere and don't know what else to do

I recommend giving our Broadband Support team another call to see if there is any update from the last time you have spoken to them. Hopefully they're getting closer to getting this resolved.
