Cannot update online security to Norton

I received  a letter from B.T. advising I should update my online security to Norton.  On following their instructions on  my IPad ( which is updated to 15.2.1) I keep getting the message “Norton security cannot be installed on your operating system’.  Has anyone any ideas what I should do next - not too technical please if you can help as I am a very mature user!!!

Hi, @holmewood1964 Thanks for posting, I'm sorry BT Virus Protect is NOT available on iOS however you can use the Norton Password Manager on an iPhone/iPad if you wish.
