I'm a new customer and i'm trying to log on to the My Bt App but it keeps saying "Oops Something went wrong" and "try Again".
Any help would be appreciated

I am sorry that you couldn't get into your MyBT account when you tried.
Have you tried since? Also, are you using our website or the app on your phone?
