So BT Cloud is closing.
It states that I must access my BT Cloud BEFORE 31st October.
That Means 30th October, up to 12 Midnight is the last time I can access to download?
I hope it will not take me long to do it as I do not want to lose the info - I have been on a long time away from home or I would have seen to it earlier.
Any tips to help do it faster and easier, I am nearing 70yrs old and whilst a lot more IT savvy than a lot of my peers I am behind quite a few (and the rest of the population too) I think a 12 year old might help me (LOL) , anyway, any tips appreciated, Thanks

Hi Katie, I am also trying to download my BT Cloud data before the deadline however, all I keep getting is a "504 Gateway Time-out" message. I have tried calling the Cloud Team and I have tried the online chat but no-one seems to be able to help me. They say they'll pass it on to the relevant department. Time is running out.
