Cloud closing

I don't understand what kind of "files" will be lost if I don't download them before the Cloud closes.  It sounds as though my emails won't be affected, but I really am a techno-dinosaur!

Email is not affected, only files you have stored on BT Cloud, assuming you have ever used it.
