Hi. I've recently upgraded to BT Full Fibre 500. I was advised I'm eligible for a free Xbox Game Pass. Since the order closing and going live, Today I received an email telling me my Game Pass is ready
I'm told to go on to My BT (on the Internet) and under manage products go to the Content Partner Section to connect this.
However, the Content Partner Section is not visible, it's not there. I’ve hunted everywhere.

Do you have more than 1 BT account?
You need to access MY BT using pc/laptop not app on phone
Have you checked forum for other posts and solutions using search

Yes I have checked on internet via laptop as well as internet on phone. Not using app.
