when I log into mybt and go to manage products, content partners doesn’t appear for me. I’m trying to add the 12 month Xbox game pass to my Xbox account but have been unable to do this.
any advice?
have you read similar posts on forum?
when was your activation date? you need to wait at least until the 14 days cooling off period has passed before you can get xbox pass
I did it back at the end of November. I’d previously tried to access it but kept getting an error so I left it temporarily whilst my current game pass expired, now I need to add my free one but can’t access it
then try contacting billing using message now and they should be able to help you
