Got me in.
Hope this gets sorted properly, and doesnt linger on like previous issues with this service.
Not fixed here on my iMac.
put in btcloud.bt.com in Safari browser and get a blank
when you login from Google and go to the cloud, login page you get your profile to log into, but it then says Page not found.
what is wrong with the synchronoss people.

Thanks, I have another issue when using Mac. I don't think the program has been correct since lasted s/w version.
BT cloud has not worked for me since.(mid nov) lev2 support has been told by Syncronoss that it's ok. Unfortunately BT support have not got Mac access to confirm.
Still have fault open. Would be great if someone on here could confirm that latest s/w work's correct on IMac. My problem is posted on this site.

Hi, as of 8:30 pm today 29-Feb I can now login to BT Cloud, thanks Brian.
I still get the following error when I try to download the window app.
No server is available to handle this request.

You will be able to get the files through one of the direct links for now. We're working on the desktop setup file in the meantime.
