On the 3rd July 2026 I completed purchase on bT.Com website of Broadband 2 and Digital Voice telephone, which including offer of promotional virtual BT reward detailing a banner on the actual order page.
Once the order was completed the order confirmation email was sent to my email. However, the email failed to include any reference to the link to BT reward Card claim website. When I visited the reward card page, it tastes that their are no claims available, yet my broadband package qualifies for a reward card.
Following a conversation with your customer service agent. I was directed to purecard website and advised to send them an email regarding the failure to receive reward card link.
Unfortunately, purecard's confirmation email of my initial email states that they would not be able to discuss an complaint regarding the BT reward card.
Therefore, I feel deceived that I have purchased a 24 month broadband and call package from BT where an offer promoting a BT reward card as a bonus once order was completed.
I am therefore lodging this complaint in order to rectify the failure of customer service and purecard to compensate me for non receipt of the reward card even though I have purchased a relevant broadband package.
This is a customer help customer community forum and your post does not go to BT
when was your activation date? Reward card is not available until cooling off period passed after activation
Welcome to the Community, @DownValley
Usually with Reward cards, this will be confirmed in your initial order emails if you're eligible along with details on how to claim.
Whilst the banner for the offer will show at the time of your order, it's not every package that includes the reward card offer.
When speaking with our team, did they specifically confirm if you were eligible? This should be explicitly mentioned in the order details at our end, and we'd usually expect them to check this prior to referring to PureCard.
